We recently hosted an event at Present Company. The staff were beyond amazing! All our guests commented that the food was incredible and the best reception they had attended at this national conference. Lauren was extremely responsive to requests and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Present Compnay for any future events. The old firehouse has an amazing bar upstairs and down. The atmosphere and vibe in this location can't be found anywhere else.
Nice place for a more casual date. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is extremely good, as is the Ahi Tuna Burger! The Tempura Pickle Chips are okay-- maybe try something else though.
They do have a happy hour on both Saturday and Sunday (Wed-Fri 5-7 PM, Sat 3-7 PM, Sun 3 PM-close) which is really nice!
My friend and I visited here twice in our weekend stay, unfortunately we arrived late in the night the first go so we didn’t get to try the food but our cocktail (The Fearless) was amazing! I’m a pretty picky person and Siobhan our bartender was very kind and tweaked it to my liking!
Night 2: We made it in time to try dinner! We ordered the crabby tots and a Cuban. Definitely the best we’ve ever had! It was out quick and YUMMY! Sunday night happy hour made it even better!!
We also wanted to shoutout Siobhan again for being such a kind person during our visit! We had an unfortunate personal experience(nothing to do with the bar at all!) while at the bar. Siobhan was very thoughtful and concerned. They made us feel safe and taken care of during the time we were there and even so kindly offered help if we needed anything after hours.
It was also a very calm environment. Not too noisy or crowded, just what we were looking for! We will most definitely be back!
Just as promised. Authentic gathering spot with tasty menu items like burgers and brussels. Craft beer and a handful of wines by the glass. When it's busy, they have a little trouble getting to you, but it's not for lack of hustle. Maybe just need another server.
Present Company Public House hosted the rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks for our wedding in fall of 2023 and it was perfect! Lauren took care of us through the setup, paying attention to all the little details, and Chef cooked up a great menu. The vibes in the Dalmatian Room for dinner were great, and the first floor was perfect for welcome drinks of about 100 people. We highly recommend!
Rolled into town for a friend's wedding and had no idea what to expect. This place is an absolute gem. Eat ALL of the brussel sprouts. If you don't, you have failed at life. My husband demolished the sliders —not gluten free, so I had to abstain, but plenty of options for me. Great space, excellent bartenders, decor was cool with vintage firehouses on the wall, also somehow not too loud which is a nice relief in a big crowded space. Perfect spot for a rehearsal dinner or a wedding reception, highly recommend.
Tuesday trivia date night for two was fun until we were told there’s a $50 minimum on trivia Tuesday’s!! We’ve never been to trivia where there was a minimum spend, let alone $50!! I can understand there being a minimum charge for a big group, but for two people? Come on… I wouldn’t be so upset if this was clear up front before we started playing but we were told halfway through the game. And I checked all over the website and nowhere was the $50 minimum spend disclosed. We definitely won’t be coming back to trivia for date night.
The server was really friendly which was the one saving grace.
The Present Company is an outstanding restaurant for breakfast or lunch.
Lauren and her staff were exceptional with everything. They were very attentive and smiling during our visit.
The food was unbelievable, fresh, tasty and exquisitely served.
The bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s were delicious and made superbly.
I cannot say anything bad about this establishment.
